Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Manager / Senior Manager
The Assistant Manager – Patient Contact Center (Provider Healthcare) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end contact center operations supporting healthcare providers and provider offices. The role ensures operational excellence, adherence to SLAs, people development, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement while delivering a seamless, compliant provider experience.
Skills
- Previous call center management preferred
- Experience with call center metrics and KPIS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
