Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager / Associate Manager – Safety to oversee HSE compliance across our ongoing BESS construction projects. The role is responsible for ensuring safe execution of all site activities, implementation of company & statutory safety standards, and building a strong safety culture at site.
Key Responsibilities
Construction & Site Safety Management
- Implement and monitor site safety plans, procedures & work permit systems (PTW).
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inspections.
- Ensure safe execution of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction activities related to BESS installation.
- Supervise safety practices during high‑risk jobs such as:
- Work at Height
- Lifting Operations
- Hot Work
