Roles and Responsibilities Key Deliverables Drive adoption of Automation/Digitization initiatives (Digital Secondary, Digital Collections, Grid Ways of Working, etc.)Drive Distributor consolidation by understandingthe market demographics and keeping in mind market servicing, channel profitability and channel satisfaction as key parametersDrive SIP operations – Target Setting, Communication & PayoutDrive execution of market engagement programs for our partners, FSEs & retailers– Ratna ProgramsPrepare and drive sales strategy according to customer segmentsDevelop timely Market Intelligence reports, detailing the changing customer trends and competitors’ performance
