Overview

This position will be part of the GBS organization supporting Frito Lay North America business retail customer team. The GSS analyst is critical to maintain store creation, chain maintenance both on internal systems and external systems. The analyst will be working with the Lead analyst who will channel work on various work groups mentioned above or outside of it. The analyst role is business impacting and time bound; accuracy and timeliness of completion of tasks is critical for the GSS team’s success in turn the sales teams’. The GSS analyst will be expected to work on transformation initiatives of their respective processes and bring in their learnings to stream ling, automate and effectively lay down processes with the Lead analyst support.

Responsibilities
  • Associate GSE analysts work with the Lead analyst to pick up format / region responsibilities.
  • Responsible for owning end to end process of master data maintenance (Store creation, chain maintenance etc).
  • Ensure timely processing of equipment order requests as per the Key account managers requests.
  • Ensure delivering below work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
  • Contract management which is an agreement between retailer and PepsiCo to be managed end to end for upcoming promotions.
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology (Automation) like Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate or Python.
  • Be the point of contact for format/regions responsible for all general sales support activities.
  • Be the representative of General sales support to contribute towards teams' success.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing Master’s degree is a plus
  • Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferred
  • Analytical Skills: Good data skills and ability work through large data sets
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, responsive and results driven
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
