YEMI primarily focuses on manufacturing of Industrial Engines and sales and service of the Industrial Engines/Agricultural Products/ Marine (Small – Medium & Large) Engines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Should have technical knowledge in all relevant import/export law procedures, bonded consignments, Sea/Air
  • Preferential trade agreements, COO, REX, EPCG, NOC’s, SVB procedures, IEC, duty exemptions (RODTEP), customs

notifications, material tariffs and duties, licenses and restrictions.

  • Co-ordinate with overseas team for import/export shipment related requirements.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer orders and organize shipping as per commercial export order terms and conditions & Customer’s shipping Instructions.
  • Co-ordinate with all stake holders CHA, CFS, shipping liner, freight forwarding agent and container requirement according to the requirements
  • Should have experience in non-commercial shipments re-Import/export, of empty packaging goods, testing, repair & return, service, and rejection etc.,
  • Responsible for all custom duty functions, BOE & Shipping bill filing, BL/SWB Verification, customs clearance

procedures, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliances.

  • Responsible for generating / maintaining a record of all imported items, shipment details and status of the cargo.
  • Manage logistics movement of all goods – import, export and local sales (Dispatch), Understanding of Documents needed for logistic movement in India.
  • Understanding/generation of e-way bills and other documents & Understanding/Management of procedure for

Gate-pass of materials

  • Should have knowledge in import-export credit instruments – such as LC, bills, bill discounting.
  • Manage Transportation.
  • Responsible for logistics Service Vendor management, KPI, logistics spend, reporting & documents archiving.
  • Responsible for FG goods inventory management, packing, handling customer queries/complaints & Internal


Education and Work Experience Requirements:


  • Working experience in Export Import, Domestic Shipments & Customs Regulation.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage work independently and handle projects
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.



Education - B. Tech/B. E

Experience - Similar working experience for 10 -12 Years, in relevant industry
