- To strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and that all costs are controlled.
- On an ongoing basis, control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance against budget; implementing corrective measures where necessary to produce positive business results
- Helps Security Manager/ Security Director in effectively managing staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with local authorities & legal requirements.
- To ensure local Police requirements & Hotel policies are followed by the hotel security team.
- Provide a safe secured, courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
- Follow Pullman Chennai Standards of Performance.
