Job Description

Job Purpose: To create a fun, enjoyable dining experience with fast friendly service, top quality products and high standards of cleanliness. The Assistant Manager has the responsibility of a single restaurant in accordance with company standards when assigned full shift responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to delegate work responsibilities to hourly employees to ensure the restaurant operates to company standards.
  • Supervises hourly employees in the preparation of menu items to ensure compliance with all operations and sanitation standards.
  • Supervises hourly employees to maintain a good level of guest service and to ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Resolve guest complaints as required.
  • Prepares required administrative reports as it relates to the requirements of the shift i.e., checklist, cash reporting, inventory, employee clock in/out, etc.
