Job Purpose: To create a fun, enjoyable dining experience with fast friendly service, top quality products and high standards of cleanliness. The Assistant Manager has the responsibility of a single restaurant in accordance with company standards when assigned full shift responsibility.Must be able to delegate work responsibilities to hourly employees to ensure the restaurant operates to company standards. Supervises hourly employees in the preparation of menu items to ensure compliance with all operations and sanitation standards. Supervises hourly employees to maintain a good level of guest service and to ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Resolve guest complaints as required.
