Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager, Strategic Planning
Role Overview
As part of the Strategic Planning team, you will support senior management in shaping Apical's growth and long-term strategy. The role focuses on strategic analysis, business case development, and execution of group-level initiatives, including M&A, joint ventures, and greenfield/brownfield projects.
This is a high-exposure role with direct involvement in C-suite, Investment Committee, and Board-level discussions, working closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct industry, market, and value chain analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and long-range strategic plans.
Support and coordinate M&A, JV, and project development activities, including due diligence and execution.
