Assistant Manager

This role supports the development and ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework by identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization, while reporting key risk insights to senior management and regulators. It also manages incident escalation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence, supported by trend analysis and committee reporting. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls and promote a strong risk-aware culture. The individual will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to embed a strong risk-aware culture and ensure timely, effective responses to emerging risks and incidents.
