Assistant manager-sourcing

- Position Title - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager-Sourcing
- Location- Bengaluru Corporate Office
- Total Experience - 7 to 12 Years
- Qualification - B. E (Electrical /Mechanical / Electronics) (Full Time is Must) (Diploma or Part Time Degree will not be considered)
- Report to the Senior Manager-Sourcing
- Direct Reporting-Nil
- Languages Known-English & Hindi.
- Industry- Consumer Durable/Auto /Auto Ancillary/FCMD/FMEG/Any Industry with similar experience.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Sourcing of appliances / Water Bottles / Flasks vendors for new requirements.
- Should have knowledge of costing / tear down analysis of the products.
- Experience of handling the import suppliers.
- Follow up with the suppliers for indents vs dispatches.
- Provide monthly planning to the suppliers for the following month
- Coordinate with the suppliers for weekly planning
- Regular visits to the suppliers for the planning.
- BOM estimation for the sourced products
- Tracking current market trends and new products
- Will be responsible for handling and ensuring all the components are available as per the lead time required.
- Ensure process compliance and adherence
- Experience in standardization of the components
- Will be responsible for value engineering and ensure costs under control.
