• Manage Quality Assurance activities of BIW,Plastic & Press parts• Manage Quality Assurance activities Painted part(Body,Plastic,CED,Power Coating)• Preparing Incoming inspection strategy to ensure defect free parts on line for assembly, Monitoring DOL and Non-DoL parts .• Analysis and Co ordination for issues reported from Field & Line• Ensure that the lessons learned from product families are shared with the platform team (COE, CDMM etc.) for new product development as input for prevention of repeated known issues• Establishing corrective action plans using structured approach such as 8D, 7QC Tools, Six sigma for the quality issues reported in assembly Line, & Warranty failures.• Supplier performance monitoring and drive for performance excellence.• Conduct supplier audits, assess supplier performance, and manage corrective actions for quality issues with SQE teams• Manage and track quality-...
