About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR) to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise footprint in the US region. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with end-to-end sales expertise, a passion for consultative selling, and a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Looking for candidates with Extensive experience into SAAS Sales (Product / Software)
  • Identify, research, and engage with target markets and enterprise accounts, understanding client challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Effectively articulate and present the value proposition of our products and services to senior stakeholders.
  • Handle objections confidently, conduct impactful presentations, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth, ensuring opportunities move seamlessly through the sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects and existing enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and business reports using CRM and sales tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful client onboarding.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, from prospecting to closure.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end sales in the US region.
  • Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
