About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR) to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise footprint in the US region. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with end-to-end sales expertise, a passion for consultative selling, and a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Own the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.Looking for candidates with Extensive experience into SAAS Sales (Product / Software)Identify, research, and engage with target markets and enterprise accounts, understanding client challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.Effectively articulate and present the value proposition of our products and services to senior stakeholders.Handle objections confidently, conduct impactful presentations, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth, ensuring opportunities move seamlessly through the sales pipeline.Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects and existing enterprise clients.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and business reports using CRM and sales tools.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful client onboarding.Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, from prospecting to closure.Proven experience managing end-to-end sales in the US region.Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to think strategically and tailor solutions based on customer needs.Product & Service Expertise
