Job Summary The Assistant Manager – Strategy & Business Development will be responsible for driving enterprise-level sales growth in the Indian B2B market, focusing on SaaS offerings and technology-enabled talent solutions. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, engaging senior leadership across client organizations, and contributing to overall business expansion through strategic account development and new logo acquisition.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and engage enterprise accounts across India, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Communicate the organization’s value proposition across SaaS and technology-driven talent solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
  • Achieve revenue targets by securing new clients and expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting dashboards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Indian B2B or enterprise sales.
  • Strong background in SaaS sales and/or technology-enabled talent solutions.
  • Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.
  • Exposure to high-growth technology or talent-solutions environments.
