Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager – Strategy & Business Development will drive revenue growth, expand enterprise presence, and lead end-to-end sales initiatives within the domestic market. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle, engaging with enterprise clients, and promoting SaaS-based products and digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-driven sales professional with strong consultative skills and experience closing complex enterprise deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.Identify, research, and engage enterprise accounts, understanding customer challenges and aligning SaaS-based solutions accordingly.Present product and solution value propositions to CXOs and senior decision-makers.Address objections, deliver effective presentations, and guide clients through the buying process.Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the domestic enterprise segment.Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise stakeholders.Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.Track market trends, competitive SaaS offerings, and emerging technologies.Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions and customer onboarding.Required QualificationsMandatory experience in SaaS sales (product or services-based SaaS).Strong understanding of enterprise and consultative selling methodologies.Proven experience managing end-to-end sales in the domestic market.Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic and consultative mindset with the ability to align solutions to customer needs.Preferred QualificationsExposure to product and service portfolios such as:Data & Business Intelligence (BI)AI & Machine LearningCybersecurityCRM SolutionsIT Consulting & Digital ServicesWhy Join UsOpportunity to work with enterprise clients and advanced SaaS technologies.High-impact role with significant ownership across strategy and business development.Collaborative, fast-growing, performance-driven work environment.
