About the Role:
Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for a supply chain professional who can support with planning and executing supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations across multiple restaurant locations. You act as a bridge between procurement, operations, logistics, vendors, and internal teams to keep the supply flow efficient.
The Ideal Candidate:

4. Knowledge of food safety & compliance
5. Strong communication
6. Strong vendor negotiation & contract management
7. Experience with multi-location distribution

- Forecast demand based on outlet consumption and sales trends.
- Plan inventory levels to avoid shortages and minimize wastage.
