Role - Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Experience – 4-8 years

Location - Kanpur


Mandatory: Diversity Candidates not require for this role. Talent Acquisition profile required. Do not require profile from HR or HRBP background. Notice period should be from 0-15 days maximum.


Role Responsibility –


  • End-end recruitment process from sourcing to rolling of offer
  • Looking after both technical & non-technical hiring
  • Expertise on sourcing from various channels like, job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM jobs etc.
  • Initial candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Stakeholder management
  • Candidate engagement & candidate experience
  • Salary negotiation
  • Documentation & offer roll out
  • Should be good on MS office like Excel, power point and making various reports
  • Have experience on networking & headhunting
