Role - Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition
Experience – 4-8 years
Location - Kanpur
Mandatory: Diversity Candidates not require for this role. Talent Acquisition profile required. Do not require profile from HR or HRBP background. Notice period should be from 0-15 days maximum.
Role Responsibility –
- End-end recruitment process from sourcing to rolling of offer
- Looking after both technical & non-technical hiring
- Expertise on sourcing from various channels like, job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM jobs etc.
- Initial candidate screening and interview coordination
- Stakeholder management
- Candidate engagement & candidate experience
- Salary negotiation
- Documentation & offer roll out
- Should be good on MS office like Excel, power point and making various reports
- Have experience on networking & headhunting
