Role - Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Experience – 4-8 years

Location - Kanpur


Mandatory: Diversity Candidates not require for this role. Talent Acquisition profile required. Do not require profile from HR or HRBP background. Notice period should be from 0-15 days maximum.


Role Responsibility –


  1. End-end recruitment process from sourcing to rolling of offer
  2. Looking after both technical & non-technical hiring
  3. Expertise on sourcing from various channels like, job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM jobs etc.
  4. Initial candidate screening and interview coordination
  5. Stakeholder management
  6. Candidate engagement & candidate experience
  7. Salary negotiation
  8. Documentation & offer roll out
  9. Should be good on MS office like Excel, power point and making various reports
  10. Have experience on networking & headhunting
