Job summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage high-volume hiring for voice processes. The role will act as the Recruitment SPOC for the Mumbai location , handling end-to-end recruitment delivery while collaborating closely with stakeholders and internal teams.
Duties and responsibilities Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for recruitment activities across the Mumbai region
Manage end-to-end volume hiring for 200+ positions
Drive bulk / mass hiring for international and domestic voice processes
Handle sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support
Deliver hiring targets within tight TATs and quality benchmarks
Work as an individual contributor while collaborating with recruiters and business teams
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
