Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing recruitment operations across the organization. This role ensures smooth execution of hiring processes, coordination between stakeholders, data accuracy, vendor management, and compliance with recruitment policies to enable timely and quality hiring.
