Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing recruitment operations across the organization. This role ensures smooth execution of hiring processes, coordination between stakeholders, data accuracy, vendor management, and compliance with recruitment policies to enable timely and quality hiring.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Operations
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations and ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines.
- Manage and track open positions, hiring pipelines, and recruiter workloads.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed across all recruitment activities.
Process & Workflow Management
- Implement and continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer approvals.
- Ensure timely issuance of selection confirmations and offer letters.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers, recruiters, HR operations, and external consultancies.
- Manage recruitment vendors, track CV submissions, closures, and replacement obligations.
- Review vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Data, MIS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on hiring status, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Team Support & Governance
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager in team coordination and performance tracking.
- Assist in recruiter training, process audits, and compliance checks.
- Handle escalations related to recruitment delays, candidate experience, or operational gaps.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in ATS, Excel / Google Sheets, and recruitment dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle volume hiring and multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Language - English & Hindi Fluent Compulsory.
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations.
- Experience managing recruitment data, vendors, or large-scale hiring preferred.
Key Performance Indicators
- Time-to-hire and offer-to-join ratio.
- Recruitment SLA and process compliance.
- Vendor performance and hiring quality.
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.
