Job Description

Overview

The Tax Support role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compliance with Indirect Tax regulations, primarily Goods and Services Tax (GST). This position involves managing monthly and annual GST filings, supporting the legal team in tax-related matters, and coordinating with external consultants to handle litigation under GST and legacy Indirect Tax laws. The role requires strong knowledge of tax regulations, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Responsibilities

Indirect Tax Compliance

  • Filing of monthly and annual GST returns in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities and reconciliation of tax accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
