• Responsible for Planning and Execution of, demo batches with of new process at R&D and implementation at Plant up to Process Validation (P.V).
  
• Responsible for execution and overview of all the Technology transfer of New Molecule ensure Equipment & Process feasibility, Hazop Study.
  
• Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards in Tech Transfer.
  
• To provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to improve and understanding of new processes and purification operations.
