Technical Support to Customers
- Participate in product trials and troubleshooting at customer site
- Offer technical solutions to compelling issues and challenges faced by customers
- We work closely with customer and focus on understanding the customer needs and pain points and help them to relieve it.
- Design, plan, and prioritize experiments for customer requirements and comparative studies with competitor's products.
- Evaluate competitor's product and submit report to development team for product improvement.
- Data analysis, interpretation and preparation of reports.
- Co-ordinate with analytical teams, product development, QA for method development as and when required.
