Job Description
- Lead planning and execution of testing for various banking systems, including core banking, credit, corporate internet banking, and mobile banking.
- Develop phased test plans and oversee test case design, data preparation, test execution, defect tracking, issue analysis, and result evaluation.
- Act as the primary liaison with the client, handling requirements clarification, issue feedback, test validation, and milestone reporting.
- Lead a small test team in task breakdown, test management, and quality monitoring, ensuring smooth progress and clear output.
- Drive the development of automated testing frameworks and scripts (both API and UI level) to enhance test efficiency and stability.
- Support performance testing efforts, including script design, data setup, concurrency validation, and report analysis.
- Participate in retrospectives and delivery reviews, contributing documentation and risk insights for knowledge sharing.
