ELIGIBILITIES :
Bachelors Degree Leadership skills: the candidate must have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role and be able to manage a team effectively. Organizational skills: the candidate is required to have strong organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving skills: the candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions quickly to any issues that may arise. Customer service: the candidate must be customer-focused and have excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Communication: the candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible Schedule: the candidate must have a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the store or business operations. Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field: a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is preferred. Experience: the candidate should have experience in the retail industry or a similar role of a minimum of 1–4 years.
