We are looking for a passionate fashion retail assistant manager who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible for daily operations of a fast paced retail store.
• Responsible for looking after your own team, training needs, monitoring their performance, processing deliveries, placement of stock.
• Recruiting and developing the management and sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring effective cost reduction and profit protection procedures are in place.
