About the Role

Role purpose: Own end‑to‑end recruiter and account manager process training for US & GCC), ATS- JobDiva, US Tech AI Suite, AMT programs and related tools, ensuring adoption, compliance, and productivity improvement. Drive process excellence through audits, MIS, and ISO/ISMS‑aligned reporting and documentation for staffing operations and job board usage.


Responsibilities

  • Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AMT, ELT and recruiter training programs, including onboarding, refresher, and advanced modules.
  • Deliver JobDiva CRM/ATS and UDF customization training; build role‑based curricula for recruiters, account managers, and leadership teams.
