Role Description

The Assistant Manager - Transaction Advisory is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves conducting financial analysis, managing lease agreements, and performing due diligence to aid in business decision-making. The Assistant Manager will also develop and manage financial strategies, support clients in transactional planning, and assist in identifying potential business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating complex business data and identifying key insights
  • Proficiency in Finance and Financial Analysis for creating and managing strategies
  • Experience with Due Diligence and Lease Administration to support efficient transaction advisory services
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant field
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Prior experience in transaction advisory or financial consultancy is a plus
