Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with transportation vendors as per business requirements across all service types including PTL, FTL, FCL, and Courier.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and commercial negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews for key and top customers to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project go-live activities, ensuring smooth execution and readiness.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales Development (SD), Business Development (BD), and Commercial/Customer Development (CD) to support pricing, feasibility, and solution design.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data across all operational sites, ensuring consistency and visibility for decision-making.
  • Support operations teams by handling vendor- and transportation-related escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Utilize data analytics to track performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support management reviews.
  • Ensure alignment of vendor strategies with business objectives while driving cost optimization and service efficiency.
