Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with transportation vendors as per business requirements across all service types including PTL, FTL, FCL, and Courier.
- Manage vendor onboarding and commercial negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews for key and top customers to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project go-live activities, ensuring smooth execution and readiness.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Sales Development (SD), Business Development (BD), and Commercial/Customer Development (CD) to support pricing, feasibility, and solution design.
- Manage and maintain accurate data across all operational sites, ensuring consistency and visibility for decision-making.
- Support operations teams by handling vendor- and transportation-related escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support management reviews.
- Ensure alignment of vendor strategies with business objectives while driving cost optimization and service efficiency.
