Assistant Manager, Warehouse Operations

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.


• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role .


• Experience in a 3PL/contract logistics environment is an added advantage.


• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Able to work in a fast-paced and operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.


• Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
