Job Description
Reporting & Analytics
• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules.
• Ability to work through other HRIS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning) will be preferred
• Apply AI and automation tools to streamline reporting processes and generate predictive insights.
• Ensure consistency, data accuracy, and compliance across reporting outputs
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic HR initiatives.
Workday Configuration & Support
• Collaborate on configuration and enhancement of business processes across HR systems.
• Support data flow integration and unified reporting across platforms.
• Maintain appropriate access controls and data security standards.
