Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics
• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules
• Develop and support reporting across additional HR platforms such as Cornerstone and LinkedIn Learning
• Apply AI and automation tools to streamline reporting processes and generate predictive insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance across all reporting outputs
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic HR initiatives and leadership reporting
