Associate Project Manager role & responsibilities :-
Participate in Sales Handover and Project Kick off meetings. Initiate project set up in accordance with Metso procedures. Set up the project Sales Order and Work Breakdown Structure in SAP. Set up project files, including execution strategy, project management plan, quality plan, project schedule and other key project documents as required. Carry out both project budget, scope of works and contract commercial reviews prior to, and as part of the mandatory internal project handover meeting. Chair client kick off meetings. Coordinate the delivery of the appropriate commercial documents such as insurance certificates and bank guarantees. Ensure clear understanding and management of the project requirements (SOW) and battery limits, along with conformity to the relevant governing regulations and standards.
