About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Technical Support team. You will be responsible for handling Drives & Automation product Application development/outdoor repair/Service/commissioning/installation activities and working within our sales departments. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers.
Role Location: Chakan
Responsibilities
Service visit to customer site for commissioning of inverters.
On line (Thro. Telephonic conversation) service support to customers / branch engineers on service / Commissioning of electronics.
Onsite service of SEW's electronics products and resolving the complete problem in time.
Maintaining Service documentation for all Service conducted.
First line of contact for Germany on information related to application & technical support of el...
