Role Summary
Seeking experienced US Tax professionals with strong expertise in State and Local Tax (SALT) and Partnership taxation (Form 1065) to manage end-to-end compliance, review complex returns, and lead teams while collaborating closely with US onshore stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of US Partnership (Form 1065) returns with multi-state SALT exposure.
Manage state and local tax compliance , including apportionment, composite returns, and withholding.
Review K-1s, state schedules, and workpapers ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Serve as primary liaison for US onshore teams and clients on SALT matters.
