Job Description
The role will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of high-impact learning programs that are rooted in Glenmark's context. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, agile program management, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver diverse learning experiences, including instructor-led programs, comprehensive learning journeys and self-guided learning modules.
The Manager - Learning & Development will be instrumental in driving a culture of continuous learning across Glenmark. This involves following processes and initiatives –
- Learning Design & Delivery :
- Design, develop and implement high-impact training workshops focused on essential soft skills, behavioural competencies, potentially facilitating select key sessions.
- Manage the LDNI process, driving development needs analysis and collaborating with business partners to deliver impactful learning solutions.
