Job Summary:

What we are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5–10 years’ work experience
- Prior experience in asset management, portfolio management, real estate investments is an advantage
- Good understanding of financial numbers and ability to perform financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Good at communication
- A self-starter who works well independently, pays attention to detail, and brings a solution‑oriented mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
Portfolio Performance Monitoring
- Assess asset‑level performance against business plans, identifying variances and their underlying drivers
- Monitor key portfolio KPIs, such as occupancy, NPI, and other operating metrics
Financial Planning & Performance Analysis
- Monitor income, expenses, and cash flows
- Prepare valuation, ROI assessments, capex summaries, and performance dashboards
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with Leasing, Property Management, Projects, and City Operations Teams
- Assist in preparing materials for Leadership, Investor updates, and Board reporting
