Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support on-site programmes for children and inter-generational families during school holidays, exhibitions, and key museum events, including vendor liaison, logistics, admin, and temporary staff coordination.
Design and develop print and digital resources (EDMs, posters, etc.) for families, seniors, and the special needs community.
Assist school learning journeys, including school liaison, admin, logistics, and briefings.
Provide ad-hoc support as required by the Programmes team.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Arts, Social Sciences, or related field; keen interest in Singapores history and heritage.
Design qualifications and proficient in design software (portfolio required).
Available to work on weekends and public holidays during peak periods, with time-off compensation.
