Responsibilities

  • Drive project sales growth through strategic promotion and marketing of the company's Air Conditioning products.
  • Manage commercial air conditioning product range, including sales planning and control: develop product strategies, monitor sales volume and market share, and control product-related expenses.
  • Implement improvement measures to increase project registrations and enhance overall performance.
  • Strengthen brand positioning to establish the air conditioner as the preferred choice among Malaysian consumers.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis: continuous monitoring, product benchmarking, customer requirement analysis, and trend identification.
  • Possess technical knowledge of installation and maintenance for various HVAC systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
