New Product Development (Home Appliances):

Lead technical discussions, drive product modifications and ensure clear communication of all requirements and specifications.

Define and manage comprehensive test plans, including in-house testing, field trials and reliability assessments to validate product performance in the local Malaysian environment.

Perform deep-dive analysis of complex engineering reports and test data.

Provide on-site technical support during pilot runs and the initial mass production ramp-up to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.

Project Management

Track project timelines, identify risks and report on key milestones.

Act as the primary technical liaison with suppliers, driving the project from kick-off to mass production.

Collaborate with crossing departments or divisions to ensure a smooth and successful product development and product launch.
