Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Lab Admin Executive to support the laboratory team in administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including records and reports keeping, invoicing, requisition workflow, equipment maintenance schedules, and lab quality feedback consolidation. Additionally, the Lab Admin Executive will represent the laboratory in various committees and task forces, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the laboratory team, including preparing presentations, sending communications, coordinating meetings, data generation, records keeping.
- Quality and Risk Management: Assist in monitoring and managing lab-specific quality indicators, pathways, and guidelines. Review and update lab safety management protocol.
- Assist Lab manager in requisition and procurement workflow.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency.
- Cataloguing and Audits: Conduct cataloguing and audits to ensure compliance with laboratory policies and procedures.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly reports for quality, workload, incidents and productivity.
- Representation: Represent the laboratory in various committees and task forces.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including laboratory staff, clinicians, and external parties.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant field.
- Proficient in Excel, with ability to learn and adapt to new software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with laboratory staff, stakeholders, and external parties.
