This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Marketing, making it ideal for someone eager to learn quickly, take ownership, and directly influence the growth of our B2B2C product lines.
You will work closely with the founding team, play a hands-on role in building scalable processes, driving revenue, and enhancing customer experience across the lifecycle.
What You Will Own
Customer & Product Operations
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across customer journeys and product workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance user experience
Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Support lead generation, campaigns, and outreach initiatives
