Description Role Summary

As a member of the Mobilization team, you will participate in a variety of tasks to inform and inspire people to service with TWR. You will participate in some recruiting (domestic travel), application processing, and collaborating with a team that loves to see individuals and families seeking God’s will for their lives. Assistant Missionary Mobilizer: Cary, North Carolina (USA)


Work on the mobilization team to inform and inspire individuals to serve with TWR.

  • Display spiritual discernment and maturity

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people of many backgrounds

  • Ability to practice flexibility and adapt to change when necessary

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • A passion for communicating with the next generation 

    • Responsibilities:

  • Travel to Christian college campuses and large Christian missions conference (like Urbana and CrossCon)

  • Manage leads from partnering organizations

  • Maintain applicant tracking

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local churches

  • Assist in the recruitment of short-term, and eventually, long-term missionary staff

  • Review applications and discuss with mobilization team

    • Desirable Qualifications:

  • Desire to serve the Lord by serving others

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Willingness to travel domestically

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Good relationship-building skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
