Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical and operational leadership for nursing services, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care.
  • Oversee the supervision and performance management of Senior Staff Nurses, guiding them in effective shift operations and clinical issue escalation.
  • Manage nursing manpower planning, including rostering, leave management, and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal policies, supporting audit preparations and addressing compliance gaps promptly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care and effective communication across departments.
  • Support nursing operations during emergencies and service disruptions, participating actively in Business Continuity Planning.
