A pivotal leadership opportunity is now available for a highly experienced ENT Scrub/Scout Nurse seeking to step into a leadership role. This position is within the Operating Theatres department at a private hospital in Melbourne and is offered as a permanent, full-time role. ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will contribute to the day-to-day operational management of the Unit, including rostering, driving staff development, and providing hands-on clinical support to staff. You will be a passionate mentor to your team and have the capacity to inspire them to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership capabilities and grow your career within a collaborative Theatre environment. REQUIREMENTSCurrent registration with AHPRA;
