Assistant Operation Manager

Oversees the effective and efficient operations of the total CS/L Organization.

Building Distributor volume, by analysing Distributor performance in the area of CS/L and develop action plans.

Speed to shelf, by rapidly deploying product and logistics initiatives.

Owner on Customer Services and Warehousing /Distribution Management System , control and work processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Improving and aligning logistics core work processes in the area of Total Order Management (TOM) and Warehouse Management: impact on product flow, information flow and financial flow.
• Creating Business Plans: create and prioritize logistics plans, gain customer and Sales alignment, and implement the plans to deliver team results.
• Demonstrate high integrity and high standard of working attitude - be the role model for all staff and encourage the rest to do the same.
