The Assistant Operations Manager ensures uninterrupted and compliant end-to-end operations by translating sales targets and demand signals into disciplined inventory planning, production coordination, QA enforcement, and inbound/fulfillment execution. This role protects revenue and customer experience by maintaining high stock availability within approved coverage limits, ensuring production and inbound timelines are met, and preventing non-conforming products from entering fulfillment through strict quality gatekeeping. Through accurate monitoring and timely reporting, the role enables management to make fast, data-driven decisions and prevents operational risks such as stockouts, excess inventory, delays, and recurring quality issues.
