Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations in a hospital environment. This role focuses on service delivery, manpower management, compliance, and client satisfaction, ensuring all contractual requirements and service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily housekeeping operations in accordance with contractual requirements and service standards
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and reviewed regularly
- Plan and manage manpower requirements, including staff deployment, induction, training, and retention
- Lead and supervise housekeeping teams to ensure high service quality and productivity
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, hospital policies, and workplace safety regulations
