Role Summary:

The Assistant Operations Manager supports the overall operations of Dave & Buster’s India, ensuring seamless coordination between the restaurant, bar, and gaming areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-energy team in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across F&B, gaming, and guest service areas.
• Ensure high standards of service, safety, and hygiene.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure positive experiences.
• Support cost control, inventory management, and P&L objectives.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
